The Molecular You health assessment provides a comprehensive multi-omic profile designed for clinician interpretation. Using liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC-MS), we quantify over 190 proteins and metabolites from a single blood sample. These biomarkers are then mapped to both disease risk scores and biological pathways to deliver actionable insights into early disease risk and underlying pathophysiology.
Disease Areas (11)
The panel reports on biomarkers associated with the following conditions, providing a risk score for each:
- Alzheimer’s Disease
- Atherosclerosis
- Cardiovascular Disease
- Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
- Depression
- Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)
- Liver Disease
- Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD)
- Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
- Rheumatoid Arthritis
- Type 2 Diabetes
Biological Pathways (21)
Beyond individual disease risk, the panel integrates biomarkers across 21 biological pathways to help identify system-level dysfunction and modifiable risk factors. Pathways measured include:
- Acute-phase protein response
- Blood clot breakdown
- Blood clot formation
- Blood vessel dilation and signaling
- Blood vessel growth and maintenance
- Cell growth and repair
- Detoxification and oxidative stress
- Fat and cholesterol transport
- Glycolysis & gluconeogenesis
- Hormone binding and transport
- Immune system activation
- Innate immunity
- Iron and red blood cell status
- Microbiome-linked metabolites
- Neurotransmitter metabolism
- Pathogen destruction system
- Production of clotting factors
- Protein control system
- Tissue and organ structural support
- Urea cycle
- Vascular inflammation
