Scientists around the world conduct extensive research and experiments to determine the influence of a specific lifestyle change on different biomarkers, and our curated database contains thousands of these associations. 

When a biomarker is out of its optimal range, we look at which lifestyle changes are associated with that marker and assign a weight to each association based on the strength of evidence and the potential impact it may have on the marker. When multiple markers are out of range, we compile the different lifestyle changes and their associated weights to determine the top recommendations for you based on your unique Molecular You profile.
